For live courses (live webinars, live in-person workshops, symposia, or conferences) we can only issue a certificate up to one year after the event. If your course was completed more than a year ago, please contact us at Info@JenTexTraining.com. We cannot guarantee that we can issue the certificate, but we will do our best.

If you completed the live or self-paced course less than 30 days ago, please note that it takes up to 30 days to issue certificates.
